Individual Assignment. Marketing Manager King’s College
Congratulations you have accepted the new role of Marketing Manager at King’s College, London.
Your first assignment is to prepare some marketing assets that the marketing department can use to promote courses offered at King’s College, London. Your supervisor has suggested you should think of a campaign idea or theme and pick one of the following courses:
MSc Digital Marketing
Senior management have asked that you prepare a presentation for November 30th, 2020.
You are required to:
Provide examples of THREE media that can be used by the department to promote programs. One of the media must be a video designed for Youtube (Three mins max).
Other media include: Social media (Facebook page, Snapchat stories, TikTok short video, for example), an infographic, a podcast, press release, print article, print commercial, bus-stop or tube poster, bus signage, or billboard for example. There are lots of options!
Provide a brief report with an executive summary that outlines the big idea for the campaign and what results you think you will achieve. Highlight the key theme(s) and outputs of your campaign so the reader can gain a quick understanding of your creative idea / theme, and execution (2 pages).
Provide a rationale for your video and a brief theoretical justification for any/all of the media (3 pages)
Provide a Creative Brief. (2 pages max)
Include any print-based examples of your media.
There are two submission links
- Media: (Video / Audio)
- Report: WORD Document.
The report should be typed, 1.5 -spaced, in a font size 12 point.
Font style: Times New Roman or Book Antigua.
File format: Microsoft Word Document only.
Page Boarder: Use 2.5 cm page to ensure formatting is suitable for marking.
You must cite and reference all sources used (Harvard Referencing).
Ensure your submissions are clearly labelled with your group name and tutorial number and time.
