MODULE NAME: Reflecting on Business Practice

The Assessment Task
Learners are required to produce a reflective personal academic blog of the lessons learnt in the process of designing and completing the evaluation report.
The blog will give an overview of the reflective journey of the evaluation process and also demonstrate the application of relevant learning theories.
It will further reflect on the outcomes of the evaluation report and the implications for professional practice.
The learning outcomes that are being assessed in this assessment are:
- Exhibit an understanding of the specific governance requirements underpinning business or organisational work involving evaluation in relation to their setting.
- Challenge existing paradigms and ways of thinking in the context of current global trends
- Critically evaluate a range of potential metrics and tools to conduct an evaluation and make a clearly argued case for selection of the most appropriate.
- Determine, design, plan and execute the selected approach to evaluation on a specific area of practice including appropriate application of ethics and governance processes required for this work.
- Employ appropriate technology to enhance communication of results.
