Abstract
Academic success plays a crucial role in career success. It is thus important that students are well-prepared for academic success. Blended learning approach has proven effective in improving learning for students in higher institutions. Implementing this program in K-12 setting will help improve learning especially in early learning years which plays an important role in future academic success. For successful implementation of the program, a total quality management model will be used. Before that, this paper will focus on comparing Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award on their effectiveness in implementing the blended learning program.
Introduction
