Please review the Antioch College Student Handbook and the class syllabus for Honor Code and Plagiarism policies.

To complete this Take Home Exam assignment, read all of the 9 articles at the very end of this page, and complete all FOUR parts below. You will turn in an electronic copy of your exam on CANVAS, including your signed cover page. Hardcopies or emailed assignments won’t be accepted.

Overall your Take-Home should be about 5-6 pages typed (not including the cover page), 12-point font, 1″ margins, double-spaced. Use headers or numbers to separate the nine summaries required for the assignment (makes it easier to read).

Grading rubric: Does your assignment have a signed cover sheet? Does it include all four parts? Have you fully addressed the assignment? Have you accurately summarized the article and connected it to energy and/or climate change?

Assignment PART I – a cover sheet with your name and your signature (signature shows you adhered to the Honor Code). Assignments won’t be graded without the signed cover sheet.

Assignment PART II – For each link, read and write about 3-4 sentences per article/website that summarizes the gist of the article. What is the topic? What are the key findings? How does this connect to energy and/or climate change? Expect to type up about a third of a page double-spaced for each of the 9 articles.

Assignment PART III – Summarize with a ~1-paragraph proposal of what you think the US should do, what you think Antioch should do, and what YOU are willing to do regarding taking action on Climate Change. Support your proposal with your findings from the readings. This part should be a half-page minimum.

Assignment PART VI – A bibliography page citing the 9 resources you are summarizing.
