Walter Elias Disney also known as “Walt” was born on the fifth day of December in 1901 in Chicago, Illinois. He is credited as the father of cartoon films and creator of Disneyland. He co-founded Walt Disney Production with his brother Roy. The company would rise to be the best known across the globe for motion-picture production. He fostered the creation of Mickey Mouse. Walt founded the Walt Disney World. Walt was one of the five children to Mr. Elias Disney and Flora Disney. He had three brothers and one sister. Walt married Lilian Bounds in 1925. Lilian was one of her first employees and they married Lewiston, Idaho. They were blessed with two daughters, Diane and Sharon (Burnes et al, 2002).

Walt’s interest in drawing started when he was seven years old when he sold his first sketches to his neighbors. Walt joined McKinley High School where he was actively involved in both photography and drawing which both had their place in the school paper. His interest in this form of art was further exhibited by his attendance of Academy of Fine Arts at night (Ahsley, 2015).

Walt tried being enlisted in the military service in 1918 with no success with his age being the barrier. His quest to join the military was after he had dropped out of school. He then opted to work with the Red Cross while he was 16 years old (Ashley, 2015). He was posted abroad and other than being tasked with ambulance duties, he chauffeured Red Cross officials. The exciting thing about his one-year career as an ambulance driver was that the motor vehicle he used was covered with cartoons and drawings.  He enhanced his earnings while in France driving the ambulance by drawing cartoons to the people he served with and also handing the same to a number of newspapers though in most occasions the newspapers turned him down.

Walt returned to the United States and kicked off his career as an advertising cartoonist. He secured a job at Pesmen-Rubin Art studio courtesy of his brother. However, he was fired after just one month of the apprenticeship.  He met Ubbe Eert Iwwerks who was a cartoonist. Walt hired his first employee, Fred Harman with whom together they struck a deal with Kansas City theatre screen of their cartoons. Laugh- O- Grams cartoons became popular and soon Walt and Harman did set up their own studio and hired employees. The beautiful beginning did not however last as the studio was declared bankrupt in 1923 due to the inability to sort out its debts (Paul, 2006).

Walt was described by his relatives as someone who would not be comfortable being at one state for quite a long time as he always wanted to progress from one position to another. Walt left Kansas City in 1923 upon the bankruptcy of his studio and resorted to join Hollywood. He was in the company of his brother Roy who had already relocated to California and Harman. They established the Disney Brothers Studio and landed the first deal to Margaret Winkler to distribute their Alice cartoons. His motive to again establish a studio was basically because none of the existing studios he admired was willing to hire him as a producer (Ashley, 2015).

Winkler and her husband stole the rights for Oswald and it was up to Walt and his loyal associates to move fast to ensure their studio would not go into further crisis. Walt created Mickey Mouse which would then future in three films. The creation of Mickey Mouse in 1928marked the onset of carton films. The character was initially introduced in the silent film titled Plane Crazy. Mickey also featured in another silent cartoon film. The first two films in which it featured failed to strongly bit the market as they did not have sound features. The airing of Steamboat Willie saw the debut of Mickey Mouse on motion films that had a fully synchronized sound. This cartoon filmed that had Walt’s voice and was characterized by musical backgrounds instantly hit the market. The success of Mickey Mouse in the industry prompted him to venture more into animation films and innovatively come up with mechanisms of improving the previous successful films (Paul, 2006). He started working on Snow White and Disney Folly which would entail full length animation features. This move was opposed by his colleagues including his wife and brother. They were of the thought that the move would damage what the company had already achieved. The production of Snow White and Seven Dwarfs began in 1938 and the company went out of resources but they were able to obtain a loan that enabled its completion. On its release in 1938, the animation film became the most successful of the year earning a whopping $8 million which at the current estimation would be $134,033,100. The filmed won various honors including and Oscar award and provided enough funds for Walt to establish a new studio in California (Eliza, 2015).

Walt exhibited values and beliefs worth borrowing and emulating. His rise to the top was not smooth as he himself reckons. He cherished his failures as a youth such as the declaration of his first studio Laugh- O -Grams being declared bankrupt. Though he was a school dropout himself, Walt appreciated the value of education and advised that people should always be open to ideas and always seek to invite the contribution of specialists when they face obstacles they cannot solve with their own expertise. Walt believed in diligent working even if the pay did not reflect the effort directed towards the course. He did not regret the moments he spent working as a carpenter where his remuneration was a dollar a day. Walt is an inspiration to all who come from humble backgrounds but with great dreams. He suggested that knowing ones dreams and setting big goals in the early stages is key to achieving them(Barrett et al, 2001).

Walt’s patriotism was also expressed through what he knew best. During World War II, Disney employees were tasked with the creation of cartoon films that were aimed at educating the citizens on the importance of paying taxes to finance the troops. The New Spirit was one of the films that was aimed at enlightening the taxpayers. The studio further made films that were used in training the soldiers and these were made free of charge. Walt had initially wanted to distance himself from the politics and war but the patriotism which saw him want to join the army while still a minor played a significant role in ensuring he took the risky move to have his studio be associated with the politics of the United States (Eliza, 2015).

Walt’s life story is a page to read from. Upon his career coming to an end, he had already created a legacy. He had emerged as a visionary artist far from the struggling one when he started. Walt designed his products in line with what the public wished to have thus serving the interest of the many individuals. His actions celebrated the American way of life. Walt chose to follow his passion and interest for entrepreneur purposes through innovation and addressing the demands of the available market. He remains a legend in the film industry and created the basis for current and future cartoon films.

In the book “Holy Week in the Third Edition of The Roman Missal”, written by Paul Turner summons the entire church into what he describes as an emotional occurrence of the bereavement, worry, and salvation. Concrete Response

Through my reading of the book, I envisioned about a critical milestone in my spiritual life. I belonged to a Catholic Church for almost a life time if I can remember and witnessing different transformations. According to historical transition the term ‘Palm Sunday’ which I have been a strong believer and partaker made me resonate with Christ our Lord through celebration and commemorating his death on the cross. At some point, I felt that through the book “Holy Week in the Third edition of Roman Missal” the authors were speaking directly to me regarding my connectivity with the body of Christ and the Gospel. The conviction to learn the entire procession gave me more enthusiasm to familiarize with the customs and rituals. Considering that I was a religious teacher in a local Catholic church helping on matters catechism, made it easy for me in religious teachings. However, that innermost belief made me think that I had a calling—and the calling was to teach more about the Roman Missal through the formation of a study group that the reason why I began “The catechist”. As a matter of fact, my proficiency in communication skills makes it possible to articulate well about the teachings to those who might not know much about the Roman Missal. As a matter of fact, I would certainly utilize my spiritual gifted-leadership skills, analytical and critical thinking of issues would assist in accomplishing my main objective mission.

I am the eldest among our family and there are looking upon me and they would always seek help whenever they would need one. However, with my enthusiasm I also believe that through my leadership skills I would teach more about the traditions, customs and rituals pertaining to the Missal. Certainly, through occasional meetings would provide the platform to understand which areas that I would seek more help from the priesthood that are knowledgeable and experienced. Basically, I hold the notion that progressive learning would enrich our knowledge and information about the Roman Missal and enlightening the Catholic faithful’s who might less information about Missal.


Drawing my attention to the reader, there might not be any specific question that summoned concerning the author’s work. The author could have exhibited some proficiency about the entire knowledge about Roman Missal, through his detailed and comprehensive articulation taking us back to the historical times and how there has been a transition overtime. In his deliberations, the author has given the reader an account of how the procession begins, which church leaders are involved and the assigned roles. Similarly, during the procession there are two recommended chants that are quoted from the Holy book (Psalm24(23) and Psalm 47(46). The chants according to the author were formally sung in the period of veneration of the cross that happened close to the beginning of the Palm Sunday liturgy. Remarkably, the Missal highlights some of the days of the week that are highly regarded such as paschal Triduum and feast such as the weekdays of Holy Week and Easter Octave.

Apparently, the word Holy Week elicits some personal connection to several Christian especially Catholics. Therefore, plying through the entirety of the book probably, though it’s easier for a layman to comprehend, but it would take some considerable time for one to follow through the customs and rituals. Similarly, I believe the book is within the reach of every believer on the predisposition that it talks about customs that are not new to believers- but a calling to embed and embrace the Roman Missal as true believers of Christ.


As mentioned earlier, the formation of the study group would go a long way in championing the idea of learning and comprehending the Roman Missal. Having said that, I intent to meet with at least four or even five catholic believers within the local community and probable share what I have learnt through my catechism teaching role. Further over some period in a fortnight or so, would invite the group in my local Catholic church to further meet with the priesthood team to clarify on some few issues pertaining to Roman Missal. One of my missions would be on how to elaborate on the detailed information about the Missal.  Written manuscripts would suffice at the beginning of the process, and possibly internet search about the readings which would be downloadable for one to go through them carefully. Arguably reading through on the Missal may at times be boring or one may need clarification here and there, and with respect to that, I would employ my communication skills to iron out some of the issues. Incidentally, comprehending the concept of Roman Missal and living by its true meaning would be the driving force as abiding to customs and rituals is the prerequisite of being a true believer.

Coming to think of, doing an outreach program may also be a way of communication the same message to the Catholic faithful’s. Most certainly the local public school that are predominantly Catholic would be another preferred choice. This would probably be done in a frequency of one day in every given week. Ideally, the strategy would offer me a chance to talk to the students face-to-face and find out what they know about Roman Missal and if they are true believers. This would bring forth some of the emerging issues that student have with regards to their lives and their perception about Holy Week, and the teachings on the procession. The ultimate goal of my mission is to not only expand my study group within my local church but across other Catholic churches. The time frame would be probably take two to three months from now. Generally, it would comprise setting up team leaders within the designated churches, involving the priesthood leadership to inculcate the Roman Missal to eventually be part of their lives. Through regular meetings on weekly basis, frequent briefings would be sufficiently enough to monitor the strides that have been made, what changes needs to be done to continue with the mission. The journey seems to be a long way, but through strong will and determination we are bound to achieve our main objective. This will call for a collective and collaborative effort from all the stakeholders to achieve this noble mission.

In my opinion, I cannot agree or disagree with the argument by the system analysts suggesting that the source documents are unnecessary, but rather, I am of the opinion that the necessity of the origin document depends on the said business process involved. Since a source data describes that original record containing such details to validate any given transaction entered into an accounting system, those documents remain the only way to gather and record data (McLoughlin, 2013). On the one hand, source materials are the only means of capturing and recording of various data. A good example of a source document importance is when a learning institution chooses to adopt an online registration process/system; then such data can be fed directly into their system.

On the other hand, sometimes even when the source documents are not required, they can remain desirable as a working document that enables any user to analyze various data before being entered into the system. That can be evident on many occasions for example during interviews and observations including other forms of fact-findings process; many individuals may find it faster and easier to take handwritten notes which in return will serve as a future data entries. With the current trends on the handled computers, computerized information data, including the voice recognition software, outmoded keyboard data filing may vanish. Moreover, today many nations globally have initiated various regulations that require organization and government agencies to ensure that source documents must be retained for at least five years. I would argue that the two statements with an extreme viewpoint are entirely unjustifiable, but rather I would consider the most likely policy lies between those two arguments. The first claim in my view contains some sense in it because information systems are designed for operators. Moreover, part of the system’s analyst is to make sure that any system that the organization is employing can measure up to the standard of that company’s goal (Black, 2014). If that is done, then it will also contain those user’s concern. For example, if the operating system is not up to the task they are required to perform, then the number of production must decline. Therefore, with the decrease in output comes the drop in the organization’s competitive advantages. In that context, the users will think that they are being told how to conduct their jobs by the analysts since there exists an interaction between the two as the users and analysts contain a similar obligation of serving the business.

Considering the second argument, I would conclude that it is even weaker than the first statement. That is, those system analysts should always be there to offer suggestions to users. Though it is true that users in various occasions are not conversant with any question they want to ask, it is the obligation of those business oriented system analysts to be there for them by helping them describe their needs (Black, 2014). In other words, when developing such systems that may primarily deal with one-off user knowledge or the rare user encounters the installer application or the setup wizard, then those organizations must present as much data as possible and as frequently as possible.

Gun control is a broad term covering any restriction on what kinds of firearms that should be bought and sold, people who should possess or sell those firearms, how they should be stored and carried, and what duties should a seller have to vet such buyers. Other restrictions include various obligations both the buyer and the seller should have to report any gun transaction to the government (Spitzer). In the United States, the society is divided regarding such restrictions as Liberals argue that legal constraints on gun possession could save lives, while conservatives assert that those tougher laws would do nothing to avert the behaviors of violent criminals. Therefore, the question all Americans are asking is: should the tougher laws on gun ownership be introduced to curb the growing gun related deaths in America?


To support my thesis as to whether gun ownership laws should be put in place to reduce gun related deaths in America, according to the United States population statistics of 2014, the country had a population of around 319 million people. Based on the production data from the firearm manufacturers, there existed around 371 million guns owned by civilians and domestic law enforcement in the united states in the year 2014 (Weinberger et al., 513-516). Meaning, almost every American citizen is a gun owner either illegally or legally. If such increase in firearm holders are not checked or tougher laws not imposed, then the issue of gun deaths will still be a problem in America.

Secondly, according to the current national survey by the public health researchers at Harvard, of the current owners who acquired guns in the past two years, 22% of them obtained guns without a background check. Those kinds of laxity among the firearms issuance are the reasons why the tougher laws on gun ownership should be enforced. Going by what happened at the Sandy Hook Elementary where twenty-six people died in 2012, if there were strict gun control restrictions, then such shooting should not have occurred. According to the police report on that incident, before the shooter Adams Lanza only aged twenty, went on a shooting spree in the school, he killed his mother, grabbed three guns from the house and went ahead to kill others (Spitzer). The question many are still asking is how did the boy get three guns, why was his family allowed to be in possession of three guns, and where were the guns kept.

Since then, there have been calls from Americans across the divide calling for more strict gun laws, President Obama being one of them. After the shooting, the president including other Democrats called for new gun laws by them arguing that over 40% of guns in America are sold without a criminal background check. Again in 2015 during her campaigns rally, the then Democratic Party presidential nominee Hillary Clinton told her supporters that 40% of the guns are sold at gun shows and online sales. Therefore, I think it is time for Americans to rally behind the calls for the introduction of tougher gun ownership laws that could reduce gun deaths in America (Spitzer).   


According to the survey by the united states justice department 2014, almost 14,249 murders occurred in the America of the same year 2014, of which about 9,675, that is 80% involved the use of firearms. Other than murder, the same study shows that almost 5.9 million violent crimes occurred in the country, of which over ten percent were committed by offenders visibly armed with a gun (Weinberger et al., 513-516).  Annually, gun violence has led to thousands of deaths in the United States, whereby 73, 505 non-fatal injuries were recorded in the year 2013 alone. 33,636 deaths were reported due to firearm-related injuries, of which 11,208 were as a result of homicide, 21,175 were gun-related suicide. The same year 2013, 505 deaths were recorded as a consequence of an accident or negligent discharge of firearms.

According to the mass shooting tracker of the United States, the country exhibited a total of 375 mass shootings in 2015 resulting in 475 deaths and 1,870 being wounded. During that year of 2015, 13,286 people lost their lives on gun related issues according to gun violence achieve (Spitzer). 


Despite an outcry by the civil society regarding the strict gun control laws, most Americans are of the view that apparently, stronger and more efficient gun control laws should be drafted to keep guns from the wrong hands to better protect the public (Spitzer).  Moreover, they argue that despite what gun lobby groups are advocating for, most Americans are of the opinion of common-sense gun laws as they understand that such regulations will help reduce gun violence and deaths. The gun lobby groups should know that, even though many citizens own guns for self-protection, various studies have repeatedly shown that those guns at home increase the risk of firearm-related deaths or injuries to many households. As such research, have demonstrated, guns kept at home are most likely to get involved in an accidental shooting, criminal assault or suicide attempts than being used to injure or kill an intruder in self-defense.

Additionally, convicted criminals and other prohibited persons are always in a position to buy and carry unlicensed gun more quickly from the unauthorized dealer under undocumented transactions, hence the need for such stringent gun control laws and regulations. Consequently, many researchers on the gun control laws have not given a supportive claim that the American society would be safer if more people are allowed to carry concealed guns in public. Rather evidence has since shown that lax concealed carry laws which have since been enacted by many states may increase crime. That is, putting guns in more hands does not guarantee an individual safety, rather it increases the odds that every day’s disputes will always result in a deadly encounter.

Maybe, after the horrific massacres that have been witnessed in America in the past   like that of Newtown on December 14, 2012, various gun-rights advocates may argue that if someone had a gun, then he could have stopped the shooter (Sacks et al., 19). But they fail to realize that could have led to more deaths as that could have resulted in a gun battle between the killer and those trying to stop him. If they argue so, then both the killer and those who could have sought to stop him are not trained in a street gun battle. Thus, more lives could have been lost.  After the bloody massacre, Larry Pratt who was the executive director of Gun Owners of America was quoted arguing that the supporters of gun control law contain the blood of little children on their hands since they are preventing law-abiding citizens from bringing guns into school (Weinberger et al., 513-516). Such sentiments should be considered reckless since how would you expect all students to carry guns to schools, how will they behave if even they don’t behave decently without such weapons, American schools can turn into Hollywood movie scenes with every student aiming to outshine one another just like they always do with their gang operations.


Most Americans would say that violence is frequently the lead story on the evening news, crime, and its prevention always figure prominently in campaign speeches for political office, acts of violence takes a price not only on the victims but also on the public’s sense of the general welfare of the American society (Spitzer).  Considering such comments, those given the task to spearhead such measures to curb such violence of gun deaths are either deeply rooted in their political party ideologies or towards, racism and or ethnicity every time one they consider a gunman has killed their own. Hence leaving alone their role in ensuring the safety of all Americans from those unlawfully obtained guns without measures to restrict such behaviors.

Currently, the gun control law has become one of the most sharply divisive issues in the United States. After the mass killing at Pulse nightclub in Orlando in 2015, Florida, President Obama retorted that united states have a pattern of mass shooting having no parallel anywhere around the globe (Sacks et al., 19). If all the American state’s men can consider the president’s sentiments a wake-up call by realizing that it is only through a tougher rule regarding gun ownership laws that can save the United States from such mass shootings and massacres that have been witnessed across the America. Therefore, my view still stands that the tougher laws on the gun ownership should be introduced to curb the American gun deaths.

Question One: Demands Of Fundamental Reform

American higher education system is going through a transformation period that includes the inter-governmental processes and various supranational modernization agendas for higher education. Currently, the focus is on the national level reforms which seem to be inspired by the global change script which is widely recognized as a core knowledge institutions and regarded as one of the few sectors that can help the American economic growth. According to Dr. Graeme Armstrong (2017), the traditional models in the higher education have been predicated on fundamental assumptions that the revenue streams from tuition could and would continue to rise. The global financial strength and crisis can be measured as both force and risk that affect the higher education sector. The world economy is unfolding against the backdrop of the new standard of lower economic growth, lower productivity growth, and higher employment. Thus, higher education reforms can only prosper with a steady economy.

Question Two

Regarding educational leadership styles, I would describe my leadership styles as being both situational, transformational, and inspirational. In this way, as a truly transformational leader, the initiative must alter the culture of my institution by changing the selected underlying assumptions and the system’s behaviors, processes, and productiveness (Diamond, 2002). Such initiatives must be profound and pervasive thus affecting the whole system, must be intentional, and that its occurrence must be consistently over time.

Including varieties of leadership styles among tea members, can be of a great importance as it creates a positive and an outlook towards the leader and his group. A positive mindset is associated with strong leadership and being positive is much more than presenting a happy face to the entire group. Consequently, effective leadership style is that which creates trust among team members. When the team believes one another, then it can achieve truly meaningful goals (Bastedo, 2012).

Question Three

The mission statements concentrate on the initiative present measures. It defines the amethysts initiative that focuses on those presidents and chancellors who are supporting a dialogue on lowering the legal drinking age of 21 years. On the other hand, the vision of the initiative focuses on the future results of the measures put in place by lowering drinking age of college students. The vision describes the future of the society in which such initiatives plans to affect change. (Crawford, 2016).  Consequently, both the vision and mission both have a strategic plan on what the initiative strives to achieve.

Other emergent themes among the selected examples may include questions that address whether there is a practice of hazardous spree drinking on many campuses, whether it is necessary to reconsider the legal drinking age in the United States universities necessarily the minimum age of twenty-one.

Question Four

Most of the important stakeholders that can be affected by the signing of the amethyst initiative are those who are affected by the law, that is, the United States citizens of the age between 18 through 20 years. That is, those citizens are considered adults in the United States as they can serve in the military among other disciplines. They receive same responsibility and privileges as any other adult in America except alcohol use thus the primary stakeholders in the argument. Therefore, the principles and activists approaches to address alcohol abuse are some of the most effective initiatives for preparing students in the institutions, organizations, and the administration in becoming productive citizens. Crawford, M. (2016). Moreover, the amethyst initiative is a positive role model for how to engage in substantive dialogue on a controversial topic. Such topics can help all the stockholders and the college fraternity including the policy makers to reach a mutual compromise in making such initiative to become a national indicator regarding the legal alcohol drinking age.

In Honey West TV series, This Girl for Hire, Ann Francis personality traits can be described as both charming, expressive and charismatic. She can also be said to have an innate talent because of her performance and impressive quality she portrays during her performance. As a charismatic actor, Francis personality could be traced by the way she plays the detective character in the film. For example, when Francis as an investigator needed to find out if a bunch of guys use heroin, she would look at their arms and then challenge them to a game of strip poker. Being a real cheat in the game, she always knew they would lose their clothes firster that she would lose hers, in the end; she would always beat them to the contest resulting in those men arrest. That kind of talent, power, and sense is what always make her a good detective (Fickling).

Honey West was also confidence in her work as a detective, that is, she could be described as being very violent but had an attitude and that she was sufficiently skillful at judo. By subjecting men to a game of strip poker, she exhibits her confidentiality that she would always win and get what she wanted. Honey was also hard working and committed. Ann never waited for evidence to mount up to make an arrest, but rather she would play hunches and at one time she managed to suspect every single character in the book (Fickling). Other personality she also possesses include being intelligent, highly imaginative and understanding of human behaviors.

Physical Appearance

Ann Francis was described by viewers as a sexy and beautiful female private detective with a pet ocelot and a beautiful, brainy and very much determined beautiful woman. She was also an active woman which she used to apply when dealing with criminals. Honey West is 5.5m tall and weighing 120lbs. For example, Francis’s sufficient adept in judo always made her engage in street fights with goons, but although she packs a .32 revolver, she would use her feminine wiles more often than she uses her gun (Fickling). That explains why the detective always dogged her partner Mark, the homicide cop and reached the scene of the offense or reach out to criminals and get the information she needed even if it would mean applying an extra force to get the truth out of such offenders.

As a sharply and beautiful blonde with a signature beauty mark next to her lower lip, Ann’s strength made her strong explain why she started acting and modeling at an early age. Her beauty charm is what she always applied to charm many male offenders in sourcing out any information she needed from them. It is that beauty that even made her challenge such heroin users into the games of poker because of those men interests in such beautiful women and at the end, she comes out with any information she needed.

As an Effective Investigator

Even though not trained as a detective, Ann’s success is attributed to her ability to collect, analyze and compelling information gathering from an investigation. She used to handle her investigations ethically and professionally while maintaining sound judgment and confidentiality which are attributed only to those trained investigators. She possesses an experience, skills, and tenacity it takes to peruse a case in its entirely. She was not the type of a detective who would keep her hunches to herself, that is, as soon as she suspected someone she would come out right out and accuse them (Fickling). While she violates most of the rules for a fictional agent, everyone would always suspect that maybe real-life detectives operate more like Honey West.

Her qualities as an efficient detective come out during the time she was working on a case involving the sleazy world of network TV. In that case, former matinee idol is convinced that Swanson is trying to kill him thus she engages Honey West to keep him alive. That is why she is described as the nerviest curviest private eye in LA. Her quick moves and responses because of her strength when handling cases and investigations is also a contributing factor to her being an effective investigator.

As A Stereotyped Character

From the book, we can conclude that Honey is a stereotyped character as she portrays herself as the kick-butt action girl. That is, her physique made her like to punch, kick, and the tough detective who doesn’t relent to use her judo skills in combat with criminals (Fickling)She can be considered as a stereotype since she exhibits the quality of strong does not equal violent. Meaning, she doesn’t have to possess a gun in her hand and that she doesn’t have to know how to use that gun if it is in herb hands but would use all the means as per her detective knowledge to source for the information she intends to get from whoever she wants it from.

Her being strong is not to say her being not able to be loved. For instance, the west had an On-again and off-again relationship with Lt. Mark Storm of the sheriff’s office, she confesses to having dated Rip Spencer quarterback from Loss Angels Rams Football Team and makes love to Johnny Dombella, a bounty hunter who she allies with on her adventures (Fickling). In the real world, nuclear has been used through technology for production of various resources in different field such as the nuclear power plants to produce electricity, in the military to produce nuclear weapons, in the industrial sector for development and process improvement, automation and quality control. It is used in the nuclear medicine in the process of X-Rays, Radiopharmaceuticals and radiation therapy (EMAMI & AKBARI, 2013).  In the agriculture sector, nuclear technology has led to insect and crop pest control, and also the food industries have also used the technology to produce preservatives, and finally, it applies in environmental management processes.

Importance of Nuclear Safety

Nuclear safety can help avert various accidents, death, disasters and to the greater context, the environment degradation. In war, nuclear safety can help soldiers under threat of nuclear weapons, while in hospitals and workers in the nuclear power plants, both nurses, doctors, and patients can be safe if nuclear safety issues become addressed at all extents (Edwards, Davey & Armstrong, 2013). According to Robert J. Sternberg, cognitive-effective psychology describes a contribution to personality development proposed by Walter Michael and Yuichi Shoda in the year 1995.  The two psychologists traced and linked the cognitive-effective psychology to the cognitive psychology development which was a developed since the times of ancient Greeks. Since 387 BCE, psychologists such as Plato and his student Aristotle are known to have been the founders of the human mind (Sternberg, & Sternberg, 2012). Plato argued that cognitive psychology describes the mental processes such as language use, memory perception, solving of problems creativity and the way an individual think.

In 1637, Rene Descartes continued the development of cognitive psychology when he asserted that human beings are born with innate ideas that the ideas that the mind and the body are two distinct substances. Since then, throughout the nineteenth century, other philosophers such as George Barkley and John Locke describes the rational empiricism, while Immanuel Kant described the human nativism. According to Shoda, et all. (2013), with the philosophical debate progressing to the late eighteenth century, cognitive development become a critical time of human behavior changes. During this period, two discoveries took place that would later play vital roles cognitive-effective psychology that was the brainchild of Paul Broca who discovered a part of the brain responsible for language production. On the other hand, Carl Wernicke discovered the brain part which he argued was capable of broad language development.

In the early twentieth century, there emerged three main influences that arose and inspired to shape cognitive psychology. First was the development of warfare technology during the world war one and later the world war two, during which the greater understanding of human performance come to importance. Donald Broadbent, a psychologist integrated concept of human performance to solve the problems of how best a trained soldier could use new technology in warfare (Resick et all., 2013). Secondly was the development in the computer science that would lead to parallels drawn between the human thought and computational functionality of computers which later opened new areas of psychological views. Noam Chomsky (1959), criticized human behaviorism, and empiricism more generally by initiating what would then get referred to as cognitive revolution.

When Walter Michael and Yuichi Shoda (1995) come up with cognitive-personality psychology, they designed various cognitive efficient units to describe cognitive development which includes; encoding social strategies, developing competencies and self-regulatory strategies, human expectancies and beliefs, individual goals and values to provide behavior consistency, and lastly the individual active responses.

Later in the early twenty-first century, George Mandler (2002) describes cognitive psychology in an article of a journal of the history of behavioral science. George argued out that the cognitive-effective processing theory provides a comprehensive view that accounts for both the variability of human behavior and his stability regarding personality systems that generates it. Consequently, he stated that rather dichotomizing personality research into the study of the character of the theory to allow the search of both structure and undercurrents.

Current psychologists argued that dialectic in the history of cognitive psychology is between structuralism and functionalism (Sternberg, & Sternberg, 2012). Structuralism seeks to understand the structures of the human mind and its perceptions into their constituent components such as affection, attention, memory and others. Additionally, functionalism seeks to understand the activities an individual does and some of the reasons he or she is doing them thus the key factor in understanding the human mind and behavior.

Capillary Isotachophoresis (CITP)

As a mode of capillary electrophoresis, it has a fundamental principle of employing two buffers that enclose the analyte zones between them. Its operations also include the analysis of either anions or cations in separate zones whereby the analyte concentration become uniform in each zone making sure the lengths of each area is proportional to the amount of the particular analyte (Wang et all., 2012)

Capillary isotachophoresis of peptides and proteins has been used for the detection of early signs of multiple sclerosis. It has an advantage of that it creates the work of chromatographer easy and exciting since there is no buffer between analyte bands during separation. On the other hand, it has a limitation of that it’s outcome differs at lower analyte concentration leading to the formation of very sharp peaks zones (Hühner, Lämmerhofer, & Neusüß, 2015).

Non-Aqueous Capillary Electrophoresis (NACE)

The NACE operates under the principles whereby the actual electrophoresis occurs in an aqueous solution (Mura, P. (2014).  Consequently, during NECE operations capillary electrophoresis formation can take the course of using an aqueous system based on acetonitrile, methanol, formamide, and dimethylformamide solutions which are added to a small amount of anhydrous acid or buffer salts (Kenndler, E. (2014).

Separations by non-aqueous capillarity electrophoresis have been applied in the manufacture of dyes, drugs, preservatives, surfactants among others. Its operations of separating and analyzing of two basic solutions that are insoluble compounds in water and compounds showing similar electrophoretic mobility’s in an aqueous solution make the mode to become advantageous. On the other hand, it possesses a disadvantage of being very slow under the conditions of separation by simple electrophoresis (Hirayama, Wakayama & Soga,2014).

Capillary Electro-Chromatography (CEC)

It describes a hybrid technique in which molecules distributes between an immobile and a moving phase. During the laboratory analysis, different analytes tend to associate to a greater or lesser extent with the stationary phase which in turn affects a separation. Its capillaries are packed in columns which aids in driving the mobile phases down through them by the use of electroosmotic flow. The resulting plug flow progresses the separation effectiveness over that of the laminar movement of pressure driven structures (Kuhn, & Hoffstetter-Kuhn, 2013)

Application of capillarity electro-chromatography has not been determined extensively as the efforts are in place to determine whether most of its work which has been through the model systems such as the polyaromatic hydrocarbons can prove useful. Because its buffers used are typically high in organic content thus becoming volatile, it can approve useful when included to mass spectroscopy.

It combines advantages of the high efficiency of capillarity electrophoresis (CF) with high selectivity of a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). It also has dual retention mechanism of both (CF) and (HPLC) making it fit for contemporary detachment and analysis of inert and charged compounds (Jones, & Larive, 2012).  Additionally, the model has a limitation of difficulties in achieving stable baselines, steady currents, and the reproducible migration times arise due to the formation of air bubbles around the packaging materials and the frits

Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (CIFE)

The buffers in this model are arranged in a PH gradient usually a commercial mixture of carrier ampholytes molecules which are very minute hence high speed in the form of electrophoretic flexibilities. The more the ampholytes are in the buffer, the smoother the PH will become, while on the other hand, the smoother the PH gradient, the better the separation between closely evaluating peaks (Haginaka, 2013). The separation process is complete when all the individual molecules reach their respective isoelectric points.

The principles of (CIFE) are applied in the manufacture of cost-effective copies of proteins such as the erythropoietin for therapeutic purposes and also enable the anti-doping agencies operating in sports doping labs, and forensic labs analyze those proteins or biosimilar consumption (Breadmore et all., 2015)

The earlier scientist describes the method as inexpensive and easy to handle by simple laboratory techniques and also its combination with electrophoretic separations has also lead to many resolutions two-dimensional gel electrophoresis separation methods as its advantages. However, it has limitations of limited stability of solutions, low purity for application as its standards and lot-to-lot inconsistency (Shimura et all., 2013)
